Первенство ДНР по скалолазанию прошло в Донецке

Сегодня, 22 февраля на базе легкоатлетического манежа Донецкого национального технического университета состоялось Первенство ДНР по скалолазанию, посвященное открытию сезона и предстоящему Дню защитника Отечества.

В Первенстве принимали участие 93 скалолаза из Донецка, Макеевки, Харцызска, Горловки, из Луганской Народной Республики, а также 3 спортсмена с подконтрольных Киеву Доброполья и Гурзуфа.

По словам старшего тренера Федерации скалолазания ДНР Галины Филенко,  в состязаниях принимали участие спортсмены разных возрастных категорий: от 2003 до 2011 годов рождения, которые соревновались в преодолении дистанций на скорость и трудность. По окончании Первенства победители и призеры награждены грамотами и медалями.

Галина Филенко рассказала также о планах на ближайшее будущее.

«У нас большие планы. Так, в начале марта планируется Чемпионат ДНР, в котором будут участвовать взрослые спортсмены, 2005 года рождения и старше. 4-5 апреля состоится Первенство ДНР памяти знаменитого мастера спорта, покорителя Эвереста Туркевича. Также Федерация будет организовывать соревнования памяти альпинистов Донбасса. А 9-15 апреля наши спортсмены будут участвовать в соревнованиях в городе Ростове (РФ)», – рассказала она.

Добавим, что Чемпионат и Первенство ДНР по скалолазанию проводятся в рамках гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса.
