В Донецке прошли Открытые соревнования по военно-спортивному многоборью

Сегодня, 31 июля в Донецке прошли Открытые соревнования по военно-спортивному многоборью, посвященные 90-й годовщине основания Воздушно-десантных войск.

В соревнованиях приняли участие 11 команд, представляющие Управление собственной безопасности МВД ДНР, генеральную прокуратуру, Донецкую академию внутренних дел ДНР, сборную команду Республиканской Федерации тактической стрельбы, а также ВПО ДНР им. Олега Гришина.

По словам судьи по военно-спортивному многоборью, особенностью данных состязаний является акцент на развитии четырех основных физических качеств человека – выносливости, силы, ловкости и скорости. «Как показывает практика, если люди сильны, они, к сожалению, плохие бегуны, и, наоборот, хорошо бегут, но очень плохо поднимает гирю. Поэтому целью наших состязаний является использование таких упражнений военно-прикладного значения, которые позволили бы развить эти четыре качества, необходимые воину».
