В харцызском урочище прошел дуатлон «Липовка»

Сегодня, 13 октября, в урочище «Липовый лес» в городе Харцызске прошел дуатлон «Липовка», в котором принимали участие любители бега и езды на велосипеде.

В эстафете, организованной велотурклубом МТБ «Харцызск», принимало участие почти 80 спортсменов.

В дуатлоне, включающем в себя этап бега, этап велогонки и затем ещё один этап бега, участвовали мужчины и женщины, а также юниоры от 15 до 18 лет. Дистанции для мужчин (в команде два участника) – 3 км, 12 км, 1.5 км; для женщин – 3 км, 12 км, 1.5 км. Дистанции для мужчин (соло): 3 км, 12 км, 1.5 км, для женщин — 3 км, 6 км, 1.5 км. Юниоры должны были преодолеть дистанции: 1.5 км и 6 км.

По словам руководителя харцызского велотурклуба Дмитрия Козяр, организация была создана в 2011 году, но непосредственно организовывать и проводить соревнования спортсмены начали в 2015 году. «Наш велотурклуб является организатором единственного в Республике веломарафона, который проводится уже пять лет подряд. Также в течение двух лет мы организовывали триатлон – любительский кросс-кантри. Дуатлон проводится третий раз. Хочется отметить, что участники нашего велотурклуба регулярно занимаются популяризацией велотуризма и в целом велоспорта, осуществляют велотуры по окрестностям Республики. Хочу также отметить и поблагодарить наших спонсоров – «АкваДона Сервис» и администрацию города Харцызск, которая вносит свой вклад в дело развития велоспорта в Республике», – добавил Дмитрий Козяр.

В конце соревнований прошло награждение спортсменов. После чего на стартовой поляне всех участников и гостей ждал самовар с горячим чаем и печеньем.
